Brush can be used wet or dry. Dampen bristles for a more sheer application. To start, dab brush in small amount of color. For blush, place bristles on apple of cheek, and glide outward towards hairline. For contouring, place brush in hollow of cheek at hairline, glide down hollow of cheek.
