Return Policy

General return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased on Pashcube, please get in contact with us via email for instructions. You may return the product in new condition by mail within 15 days of the receipt date for full refund. All purchases returned will receive a full refund of the purchased price of the item. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and the cost of return shipping charges.

Pashcube will not be responsible for items that are not received or damaged in transit. Shipping charges will apply for any refused packages.

Larger or Special Order Items 

Orders that are specially ordered that contain 10 or more pieces per SKU will incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges will apply.
